**Prices do not include tax. Residential Customers must pay $100 install fee and first month payment prior to installation. Residential Customers must sign up with monthly auto-draw with debit/credit card or bank draft to receive listed price. For mail-out invoicing Residential Customers will pay an extra $10/mo.
